Fifteen years ago, Jane Yale witnessed her young daughter, Wendy Johnson, being abducted by traffickers. Fifteen years later, Jane has become the wealthiest person in Riverside City and travels to DZ Village to search for her daughter. Meanwhile, Wendy has long been sold to a remote mountain village and became a child bride in the Zacks. After escaping with all her strength, Wendy unexpectedly encounters Jane. Just as the mother and daughter are about to reunite, Wendy's identity is replaced by Sophie Zack who is Felix's daughter.
