Katie Moore, a mother working at a construction site to avoid disturbing her CEO son Xander Lowe, brings homemade gifts to the city after learning of his engagement and his fiancée Karen Lewis’s pregnancy. However, Karen mistakes Katie for Xander’s mistress and repeatedly abuses her. To protect her son’s family, Katie hides her identity and endures the humiliation. But finally, at the engagement party, Xander uncovers Karen’s violence against his mom and her infidelity. He brings her to justice and vows to protect his mother from further harm.
