Blair Nash gave up her career after marriage for the sake of her family, becoming a full-time housewife. Yet her in-laws despised her for not earning money and for failing to bear a son. Her husband, Roger Quinn, kept a mistress outside the marriage. On New Year's Eve, Roger brought the mistress and their son home, forcing Blair to sign divorce papers and leave with nothing.
