The long-lost Sterling siblings have been searching for each other for years. After 20 years, Ethan Sterling, now a successful businessman, finds his sister, Sarah Sterling, and disguises himself to reach her. Believing Ethan is struggling, Sarah sells her blood to raise money and plans to help him find a job at the factory. Upon discovering this, Ethan exposes the factory manager's corruption, putting both of them in danger. When the manager learns Ethan's identity, he regrets his actions. To protect Sarah, Ethan organizes a reunion banquet, and Evelyn Ashton acknowledges Sarah's kindness.
