Kate faces marital betrayal and divorce. At a wedding, Zane supports her against her tormentors. However, Lana claims to be his daughter with Kate's necklace as proof, leading Zane to mistakenly hire Kate as a maid and mistreat her. Eventually, the truth about the necklace is revealed.
