Mafia boss Marco threatens to take over Sofia's family-owned coffee shop, the only thing she has left to survive on. When Sofia's attempts to resist fail, she accidentally causes Marco to lose his memory that same night. In order to protect the coffee shop, Sofia hides Marco's true identity and keeps him in her home as a servant. The two soon become inseparable, but the constant threat of Marco's family searching for him and the looming possibility of his memory returning hang over Sofia's every move.
