Chunlan, a widow, raises her two sons on her own. However, her elder son, Jia Rui, went missing after falling into the water. Since then, Shi Chunlan has been raising her younger son, Jia Bao, while searching for her lost elder son. After twenty years, JiaBao has started his own family and career.
