Cindy and Wendy were both kidnapped as children, but were rescued by a kind-hearted cleaner, Mrs. Smith, who struggled to raise the two children. Cindy always harbored a heart of gratitude, but after Wendy was retrieved by the Miller family at the age of 15, she viewed her time in exile as a disgrace. She wished to eliminate Cindy and Mrs. Smith, who had witnessed her downfall, in order to seamlessly assume her role as the dignified Miss Miller.
