The female CEO Yvonne Chase, bedridden from a long illness, accidentally discovers that the medicinal soup is poisoned. Then she revealed her husband Harvey Chambers's and the maid's conspiracy. Feigning unconsciousness, she secretly gathers evidence with the help of her friend Griffon Zane and engages in a battle of wits with them. Amid the crisis, her evil mother-in-law, Melinda Lee, suddenly appears. However, Yvonne Chase cleverly fights back and reclaims control of the company. In the end, she sets a trap, lures Harvey Chambers into it, and awakens the maid's conscience, achieving an incredible reversal and final victory.
