Julia Wilson was a sweet, chubby girl with a good family background and a loving brother. However, everything changed after she met Austin Jones, a lowborn man. Austin, in collusion with the maid Maria, plotted for Julia’s father to be imprisoned, Benjamin Wilson to fall from a building, and they took control of the Wilson family's assets. Julia was poisoned and thrown into the sea, but fortunately, she did not die. Five years later, she lost weight, underwent cosmetic surgery, and reinvented herself as the postnatal therapist Tina Eric. Benjamin, in his wheelchair, became her behind-the-scenes advisor, determined to reclaim the Wilson family's legacy from the evil doers. Upon her return, however, Julia discovered that the couple, though bound by mutual interests, were not happy, and that there was a huge rift between them.
