Yara Brooks is forced by her stepmother to marry the blind Larry Adams. Expecting Larry to be a cruel man, Yara instead finds him a broken victim of family betrayal and neglect. Moved by Larry's plight, Yara compassionately helps him heal both physically and emotionally. Larry eventually regains his eyesight, which reignites his ambition to reclaim his position as president of SkyProsper Group. However, due to strong opposition from rival factions, he must temporarily accept the role of vice president. Realizing his brother's powerful influence, Larry decides to strategically bide his time and hide his capabilities until he can strike effectively.
