Alex Lewis and Julia Davis met in college and have been married for 20 years. Julia has always hidden her identity as the heiress of a wealthy family. To protect Alex’s pride, she works as a cleaner, all the while secretly helping Lewis Group.
Alex, however, looks down on Julia, seeing her as an incompetent housewife who is good only for housework and cleaning. He asks Julia for a divorce.
After Julia catches Alex with another woman, she’s heartbroken and agrees to the divorce, embracing her true identity as the Apex Group heiress.
Recovering from brain tumor surgery, Julia seeks custody of her son, Kyle. She and her father, Justin Davis, attend an Apex Group banquet where she reveals her true identity and her plan to lead the company. Alex, full of regret, tries to win her back. Julia firmly refuses and, in the end, takes Kyle to travel around the world.
