Ivy Lee suffers from dwarfism and faces constant disdain and contempt, leading her to lose hope in life. Just when she contemplates ending her life, she meets an infant, Mina Lee. The encounter rekindles her determination to live. Ivy raises Mina into adulthood. As Mina grows up, her beauty attracts the attention of a local bully, Eric Brown. He force her into submission by threats, bribery and even violence. Ivy's father, motivated by profit, colludes with Eric's family to humiliate both Ivy and Mina. Fortunately, Mina's biological father arrives in time and recognizes his daughter, leading to the punishment of Eric and his accomplices.
