Vince Fisher was forced by his adoptive parents to donate a kidney and abandon a top university; after being betrayed, he worked as a delivery rider, uncovered bankruptcy and deception, then severed ties and left. His biological parents—leaders of a top consortium—arrived with his sister Donna Ford to welcome Vince home.
